COPENHAGEN, October 15 —Funeral services for the former Empress Marie of Russia, who died at her residence here Saturday at the age of 81, are being arranged at the Russian Church in Copenhagen. The late Empress, who was the wife of Czar Alexander II and mother of the ill-fated Nicholas, who was killed in 1918, died after a long illness and still apparently firnf in the belief that the royal Russian family was alive and would some day resume rule in Russia.
