Bishop Freeman, a member of the national commission on evangelism, who has been conducting the crusade in New York, will preach during the week in connection with the crusade as follows: January 24, at Epiphany Church at noon and 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Epiphany Church at noon and at St. Paul's Church at 8 p.m.; Wednes- day, at St. Luke’s Church at Fifteenth and Church streets at 8 o'clock and on Thursday at Calvary Chapel Eleventh and G Sireets norineast, at § o'clock. The service at St. Paul's Church on January 25 will be the an- nual celebration of St. Paul's da: which for many years has been com- memorated with a visit from the bishop. An important part of the bishops’ erusade is the series of afternoon con- ferences in the mission churches for the instruction of church workers. Conference Hours Changed. The leaders will be Rev. Mr. Knickle at Epiphany Church, Leon C. Palmer at St. Mark's Church, the crusade preachers at St. John's Church, Georgetown, and the following at St. Margaret’s Church: Monday, Rev. Flinchbaugh; Tuesday, Dean Ma Wednesda; amuel Thorne, president of the Woman's Auxiliary of the diocese of New York; Thurs- day and Friday, Miss Sally Deane, educational secretary of the diocese of Virginia. The hours for the afternoon con- ferences have been changed. These conferences will be held in all the mis- slon churches from 2:30 to 4 p.m. daily, and not at the hours published last week.
