Mr. Munsey owned 13 newspapers at one time or another. Mr. Dewart is 50, and was first em- ployed by Mr. Munsey in 1898 as bookkeeper for the Mohican Hotel. He became president of the Frank | Munsey Co. when Mr. Munsey died | last December. SCOTTS BLUFF, Nebr., September 30 (®).—Joe Little, a vagrant, yester- day was sentenced to 30 days in jail, the first and last 10 days of which Extra Dry } | and Pale | i must be served on bread and water and the intervening 10 days at hard labor on a regular fare. He was found guilty of molesting school chil- dren. Judge D. R. Schenck, who sen- tenced Little, ordered the city jailer to inform other prisoners that if they gave food to Little they will also be placed on bread and water.
