General Passenger Agent of South- ern Railway Goes to Cincinnati. Transfer of H. F. Cary, who has been general passenger agent of the Southern Rallway here since 1909, to the same position with headquarters at Cincinnati, was announced today by W. H. Tayloe, passenger traffic manager, along with other changes and appointments in_the ' passenger department, effective July 165. Mr. Cary, who entered the pas- senger department of the Southern in 1895, will be succéeded in his post here by BE. N. Aiken, now general passenger agent at Cincinnati. F. N. Westerman, assistant gen- eral passenger agent here, will be transferred to Cincinnati to serve as Mr. Cary’'s assistant there with the same title. He will be succeeded here by F. L. Jenkins, district passenger | |i agent at Philadelphia. Under the new appointments C. A.
