Harmer, a4 Frederick Coun- ty farmer and dairyman, is offer- ing a reward of $100 for the person he says placed liguor in his car last Saturday night. Mr. Harmer was acquitted by Magistrate Frazier after a number of witnesses told of his good char- acter, Harmer testified that he drove to town Saturday evening, parked his car and was arrested some time afterward when police found the liquor.
