A test revealed that a factory’s best worker could roll a pat of butter in four distinct motions, whereas one worker required 24 motions for the same operation. AUSTRIA GETS U. S. LOAN. ‘Will Pay 9.15 Per Cent Interest on 82,000,000 for 25 Years. VIEN November 20 (#).—The Austrian ernment has negotiated an American loan of $2,000,000.
