CHICAGO, September 24 (F).—A coroner’s jury yesterday was unable to determine the exact manner in which Ruth Echo (Silver Dollar) Tabor, daughter of the late Senator Tabor of Colorado, came to her death in her apartment here several days ago. She was found scalded to death, and the jury decided that death was due to soalds but that the manner in which they were inflicted is unknown. John H.
