Bendere of Philadelphia, who for several years has been active in the lay work of the Episcopal Church in that city, will be the principal speaker at the “every parish meeting” {of the Layman's Service Association in the diocese of Washington, in the Parish Hall of Epiphany Church, 1317 i street, Wednesday evening. This will be the annual meeting of the association, at which officers will be elected. A nominating committee consisting of Byron S. Adams, Stephen . Kramer, George R. Wules, Arthur C. T.
