Samuel Pomeroy Colt, chalir- man of the board of the United States Rubber Co., who died August 13, 1921, at his home In Bristol, R. L, shows that he left a total estate of $5,198,- 966, of which $4,516,404 was in per- sonal property The appraisal disclosed that Col Colt made no provision for his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Colt, because she was provided for under a separation agreement entered Into between them in 1912 by which she was to get $10,000 a year during her lifetime and was to have the life use of her residence fn Providence.
