About 200 persons will attend the reception and dinner to be accorded to Bishop Freeman by the church people of Washington tonight at the City Club at 7 o'clock. Dr. Charles Dicdel, in charge of reservations, states that about 40 clergymen of the Episcopal Church have signified their intention to be present. The dinner is being given under the joint auspice _the Churchman’s League of the Distiet of Columbla and the chapter of the Washington cathedral. A rcception in the rooms of the City Club will precede the din- ner. The guests will be seated at small tables, a member of the reception committeo presiding at each table. Mr. Edward A. Harriman, president will act as toastmaster. The guest list includes many promi- nent men and women of the city and some from the counties of Maryland which are included in the diocese of Washington.
