REV. DR. DUDLEY 10 OPEN SESSION, Rector of St. Stephen’s to Speak at Society of the Nazarene Convention. Rev. Dr. George F. Dudley, rector of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Chureh, will make the opening address at the na- tional convention of the Society of the Nazarene, which will be held in Trinity Diocesan Church, at Third and C streets, for five d: vs beginning Septem- ber 15, Dr. Dudley w speak on “The Divine Source of Healing, God.” Among other Washingtonians who will_speak during the convention are clair Bowen, Dr. L. W. Glaze- . Lent. The Society of the Nazarene seeks to restore the practice of healing bodily ills through praver and faith. Its ob- ject, it is announced, is not the estab- lishment of a cult, sect or fad. It aims at a more complete faith, and believes that can be accomplished by scientific study. Tts attitude toward the medical profession is one of ‘“cheerful co-operation.” It believes that by creat- ing a right attitude of mind the work of the physician can be greatly assist ed.
