During the year considerable effort has been ex- pended In awakening interest In this plan among the Episcopalians of the city. So great has been the success that articles of incorporation were signed by 165 prominent men and women, and filed with the city gov- ernment early in February. By an official act, the convention of the dlocese of Washington at its an- nual meeting, February 6, added the Episcopal Chiurch Home to the list of institutions of the diocese. The next legal step nceessary is the election of u board of governors and the adoption of a set of by-laws, The signatures of some of the incor- porators have not vet been attested by a notary and this will be done at the meeting on Tuesday, at which time other interested persons may also | sign the articles.
