By the Assoclated Press. PITTSBURGH, Pa., January Mrs. Mabel Spang Ancker, virtually disinherited under the wills of both her parents, Charles H. Spang and Rose Spang, wiil receive approxi- mately §3,000,000 from her mothers estate under an agreement reached with some of the beneficiaries, it has become known. ~ Mrs. Ancker at present is a resident of Copenhagen, Denmark. Spang left hig daughter the income from §20,000 hecause she married against his wishes. The bulk of the estate was left to Mrs. Spang, who in turn Jeft it to charitable institu- tions when she died. Mrs. Ancker contested her mother's will, claiming that she lacked testamentary capac- ity, and was awarded a verdict In New York, where the will was pro- uted. The charities named later offered the will for probate here, claiming Pittsburgh was Mrs. Spang’s legal residence.
