MINNEAPOLIS, August 18.—Calling for an immediate speclal session of Congress to provide for relief for the ration's wheat growers was urged upon President Coolldge in a telegram sent by the American Wheat Growers' Association, Inc., the largest associa- tlon of wheat growers in the country.
