March 7.—The Consolidated Textile operating a cotton mill here, has an- nounced a 10 per cent increase in wages for its employes, effective March 12. The mill here employs 600 persons and the campony is erecting thirty-two residences for the use of its workers. STOCK INCREASE VOTED. NEW YORK, March 7.—At a special meeting of the stockholders of the Fisher Body Corporation vesterday it was voted to increase the common stock without any nominal or par value, which the corporation may issue, from 500,000 to 600,000. It was also voted to reduce the number of directors from fourteen to eleven. The new stock will be offered at §75 a share, each stockholder having the privilege of subscribing up to 20 per cent of his holdings. NEW YORK EGG PRICES.
