Three fraternities holding conven- tions in Washington this week were received by President Harding at the White House today. They are the Phi Sigma Kappa, which is holding { its twentieth biennial convention; the | Delta Kappa Epsilon, holding its sev- enty-elghth natlonal convention, and the P1 Tau Pi, a local Jewish frater- nity, which is holding its ninth an- nual conclave. Each one has exten- sive- programs, which Include busi- ness meetings and many soclal func- tions to take place between now and Saturday. The Sigma Kappa and the Delta Kappa Epsilon opened their business meetings in the Willard Hotel yester- day, while the Pi Tau Pi met in the Raleigh Hotel. The Delta Kappa Epsilon is repre- sented by delegates from forty-three chapters. Tomorrow the delegates will visit the grave of Admiral Peary at Arlington cemetery, where Senator Seldon P. Spencer of Missourl will speak. and a wreath will be placed on the grave.
