Plans for a movement to enlist every national organization of women with headquarters in Washington in support of school legislation pending in Congress were made by the execu- tive committee of the District Con- gress of Mothers and Parent-Teacher Assoclations at a meeting_ Tuesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Vir- ginia White Speel.
