November 16.— The fifteen assessors recently ap- pointed by the county commissioners to make a reassessment of all real and personal property in the county, as directed by the state tax commis- sion, met here yesterday afternoon and received final instructions from Berry E. Clark, clerk to the county commissione They were supplied with cards and schedules and care- fully instructed as to methods of fill- ing them in and making returns. The assessors will begin work at once, and are expected to complete the work In time for next year's annual tax levy. The meeting was attended by M. J. Lindsay, state supervieor of assess- || i ments, Who représented the state tax commission. He told the assessors that the commission expected all property to be assessed at its actual c lh value, and. as a guide, the as- were furnished with lists of of county property from 1919 to resent time, showing the consid- el lon in each case.
