Rosenour & Sons, Frederick, Md., we hereby offer for sale the entire stock in trade, fixtures and good will of said firm, through sealed bids. : The merchandise consists of Clothing, Shoes for Men and Women, Gents’:F urmshmgs, Hats, Trunks, etc. The business is conducted in two modern three- story brick buildings, one with electric elevator. They are located at Nos. 39 N. Market and 4 E. Pat- rick Sts., in the very heart of the business section of Frederick. This firm is an old established one of 65 years standing, its annual sales amounting to over $400,000. A lease for 10 years for the buildings will be given to the purchaser. The stores will close Saturday night, February 18, 1922, at 11 o’clock, and remain closed until after bids are opened on March 1st. During this period an inspection of the stock will be permitted.
