HE President will receive the new minister from Bulgaria, Dr. Stephan Panaretoff, who has been appointed to this post after an absence of several years. The minister and the members of the legation staff will call at the White House at 3 o’clock. The minister and Mme. Panaretoft have been at Willlamstown, Mass., for some weeks, where the minister lectured for the School of Politics at Willlams College, and Mme. Panare- toff is now in Boston. She will join the minister in New York in a few days and they will “sail Saturday aboard the America for Europe, where Dr. Panaretoff will be the Bulgarian delegate to the league of nations. ‘The minister and Mme, Panaretoff will return at the end of six weeks and will occupy the house at 1629 16th street which they occupied when the minister represented Bul- garia before.
