Rawl of Bureau of Animal Industry to Go to California Creameries. B. H. Rawl, assistant chief of the bureau of animal industry, has re- signed, after sixteen years with the Department of _Agriculturey to charge of the educational work of the California Central Creameries. Mr. Rawl was made chief of the dairy division of t3e bureau of animal in- dustry in 1 and assistant chiet of the bureau i 1918. P Mr. Rawl is one of the most widely known dairy specialists in the world. A native of South Carolina, he is a graduate of Clemson College. He took special work ,dairying at Peansyl- vania State Collége and the University of Wisconsin. He inaugurated the educational work of the dairy division in the southern states, and later was placed in charge of all production work of the division.
