NORFOLK. Va., January 10.—Mrs. Victor Wallam, eighteen years old, formerly of Philadelphia, who, with her husband, formerly a petty officer on the presidential yacht Mayflower, was found unconscious several weeas ago from deep knife wounds, told Portsmouth police that she had used the weapon on herself in a suicide agreement, and that Wallam had then turned the knife upon himself.
