HOW TO BE CHEERFUL. Driving Away Sallowness, Nervous- ness and Iptitable Feelings. “Laugh and grow ‘at,”” ts an old saying which means that there Is a very close connection be- tween a cheerful miyd and a sound body. Every- body knows that this's true, but how many peo- ple there are who fing it impossible to be light- hearted! ‘They ar2, always wrapped in gloom, they grow palz, saltow and prematurely old be- cause they are constantly suffering from dyspepsia, constipation and tired nervous, irritable feclings. Is there any way Fe Which sach people can im- prove thelr health dnd feel happier? Yes, most decidedly there 1s. Many people huve fortunately discovered the secret of health and happiness and are giving others the benefit of thelr experience. Mrs. J. W. Connor of Fitchburg, Mass., recently said: “I was in bad health and fecling very miserable and low-spirited when a friend advised me to try Duffy's pure malt whiskey. I did so, and am now feeling stronger and happler and healthier than I have felt in years, It has worked wonders and I think it is a grand, goo thing. Mr. W. ©. Wilcot of Utica, N. Y., says: “I haye been using Duffy's pure malt whiskey for Indigestion and shortucss of breath, and am heppy to say that I bave been greatly benefited. I have also induced wy friends to try it with cyually good results."* ‘There is rotting like Duffy's pure malt for ton- ing up the system, quickening the circulation and giving bright, healfiy looks to worn-out faces. Every grocer and druggist keeps it, but care should be taken to guard against tferior imitations. When you ask for Duffy's pure malt whiskey be sure that you get it and acccpt nothing else.
