A Trolley Car Gets Tied Up in Some Mysterious Fashion—Brother- hovd of St. Andrew. A called meeting of St. Paul’s Chapter of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew was held in the brotherhood rooms last night. The object of the meeting, as stated by the director, was the organization of a lo- cal council, to censist of the brotherhoods of the Virginia Seminary, Grace Church, Pechick Church, Christ Church and St. Paul's Church, to consist of two delegates from each chapter. After some little dis- cussion the by-laws drawn up by the pre- liminary committee were accepted, and Messrs. Parker and Fawcett chosen as delegates to represent St. Paul’s Chapter. The other chapters have taken similar ac- tion, and the ten delegates will get to- gether at an early to form a perma- hent organization. The meetings will be held bi-monthly. A vote of thanks was tendered R Dr. Alexander M. Smith for having delivered the excellent address on St. Panl's day. Car Hang Up. As electric car No 100 was coming down King street from the 5:20 train y. ‘day afternoon it got hung up on the Washing- ton street siding from some unknown cavse, and the motorman was unable to move it in either direction. Inasmuch as this is the only car that runs on the street, making trips at hourly intervals, the pas- sengers had to get out and continue to their destinations afoot. Max IL. Michaelson has entered suit against Henry U. Rheam and Samuel Wolf- sheimer for $5,000 damages.
