The Silhouette Artist Who Stole an Indiana Girl's Affections. Harry Sackett, a maker of silhouette pic- tures by profession, is behind the bars at Topeka, on the charge of bigamy and im- proper relations with Miss Frances Daven- port, a pretty young hetress of Elkhart, Ind. Last Saturday morning Sackett, accom- panied by a pretty girl, twenty years old, engaged rooms in that city as man and wife. Crane of that city was an old friend of her mother, and would be willing to identify her in order to get a draft cashed.
