Mr. Colley, who was thirty-five years of age, registered at the hotel as J. Cunninghim of Altoona, Pa., and for that reason his identity did not become known at once. The name of E. Colley was found marked on his linen. The remains were brought to this city for burial yesterday aftor- noon by Mr. Colley's brother-in-law, Mr. George W. Emmerich. Mr. Colley was a natiye of this though for a number of years he had been asaclerk in different railroad offices 0, Omuha and other cities. About ago he returned to Washington and has resided at the Windsor. He went out last ‘Tuesday evening and that was the last seen of him by his family. The young man had no trouble that his family were aware of, although he had at times worried because his health was not in such condition as would enable him to return to work. GEORGETOWN REV. DR. FULLERTON TO RESIGN. On Sunday last the Rev. Dr. Fullerton of West Street Presbyterian Church announced that after the ustial Wednesday evening service a meeting of the congregation would be held, when he would ask the members to unite with him in requesting the presbytery to sever the Fastoral relation existing between himself and the West Street Presbyterian Church. Several months ago Tux Stan's correspondent, acting on reliable information, stated that this action ef the doctor's would probably be taken on his return from Europe, and nota little criticism was heard concerning ths report, which was alleged to be without foundation. ‘As there ap- pear to be two factions in the church, one for, the other against the present pastor's continn- ance in office, it is probable that on Wednesday night « meeting that will not be remarkable for ite calmness will be held. ALIVELY ELECTRICAL DISPLAY. Yesterday a telephone and electric wire be- came in some manner crossed and, broken at the corner of 32d and N streets and fora few minutes there was an electrical display that ex- cited considerable interest.
