Bell Brown against Aus- tin P. Brown, after the arguments by Mr. D.W. Ginssic for petitioner and W. F. Mattingly for Tespondent. In 1874 the parties were divorced, ‘Mr. Brown being the complainant, and the de- eree provided that be should pay £1,000 for the support of chikiren. Both parties subse- quently married and each bave issue, bat the wife alleging that it was but recently, on in- spection of the papers in the first case, she dis- covered thata paper she had signed in that case contained admission damaging to her chpracter, filed a bill to set aside the decree of divorce granted in IST. Judge Haguer said it wae sheer nonsense that the complainant did ot know the contents of the paper and in wach ® case she shoukl. as she could have known what she was signing. She hat accepted the decree and the alimony and bad married again and bad children.
