A BICYCLE BANQUET. Eighty Members of the Capital Clab Assem- ble at a Feast. ‘The annual banquet of the Capital Bicycle Cin took place Saturday night at the club house on 15th street, the ist being the an- niversary of the organization of the club. Over eighty covers were set on the tables, Ww which were placed in the main parlor of the | house, and every arrangement was made for the comfort, both physical and gastronomical, of the members who partook of the good things that were served. At cbout ten o’elock the boards were cleared for action and the literary part of the program was begun. The toast master was Mr. Chas. A feature of the eveni: ‘was the restoration to life of the original diety Of the club, the famous cat, which has always been regarded as the mascot which has brought good fortune to the organization.
