John Nuse Would Have Shot James Camp- bell if He Had Been In. John Nuse, an old resident of East Wash- ington, who wns for along time employed in the navy yard, was in the dock of the Police Court this morning for carrying a revolver and for making threats. Policeman Buckmaster and Mr. James Campbell were the prosecuting wit- nesses, Campbell, it appeared in the testi- mony, resides in boarding house on 11th street southeast and it was at that house that Nuse appeared Saturdas, it is supposed, for the purpose of shooting Campbell.
