Mr. Warren J. Lown, the coffee roaster and dealer in spices at the intersection of Maryland avenue, € and 7th streets southwest, was awak- ened early yesterday morning by a noise in his coffee mill. Mr. Lown Istened and heard the Voices Of ten In conversation.
