Morris’ troupe of trained dogs and ponies at the E-street Rink, that the professor has decided to remain another week. ee ‘The Washington Athletic Club, THE NEW ORGANIZATION ADOPTS A CONSTITUTION AND IS KEADY FOR WORK. ‘The tea-room of Willard’s Hotel last night held large number of gentleman who are energetic- ally pushing to completion the organization of the “Washington Athletic Club,” which has been under way for some days past. The final touches to the formalities of the organization were made by the adoption of a constitution and by-laws, based on those of the New York Athletic Club, and the election of Mr. A. F. Childs, well known among Washington athletes, as president, Mr. Arthur Kelly ag secretary, and Mr. @. H.
