A CUMOUS CASE—A MARRIAGE LICENSE, BUT NO WEDDING—THE INTENDED BRIDE CLAIMS THE DEAD BODY OF HER AFFIANCED BUS BAND. Among the marriage licenses issued on Fri- day afternoon was one to James A. Bean and Ira Anna Elder, and in Tae SRAB of Saturday arternoon it was published, as also the following death notice: BEN. Elder was the lawiul Wedded Wie of the deceased she could not hold the body.
