HLATR RISES TO A QUESTION OF PERSONAL PRIVILEGE—HE EXPLAINS 1118 CONNECTION WITH THE $200 FLE IN A PENSION CASE. In the Senate to-day Mr. Bitir arose to a question of personal privilege, and had read a Washington special to the New York World and an item in THe EVENING STAR to the effect that It was reported that a Senator would be charged with having taken a fee of S200 for collecting a pension tor a widow.
