They would have the pub- Me belleve that they are not only JUST but GENER- OUS, But such pretensions do not put the dollars back into the pockets from which they were filched. GOUGING In any sense ts not considered honorable by any class of people, and to sells man a garment for $65.00 At the beginning of season, and later on to sell @ like garment to the purchaser's neighbor for $35.00, ‘Will not be tolerated in any intelligent and enlight- ened community. THE PEOPLE will sooner or later cundemn the method and thereby crush the man, ‘By our system such things are impossible.
