E. church,1st and B streets southwest, through their attor neys, H. W. Garnett and J. C. Robinson, filed a bill in equity against Ananias Herbert, Harriet Caroline Minor (nee Herbert) and Eugene P. Minor, for the appointmentof a receiver and for @ conveyance of certain property, lot 3, square 790, on Pennsylvania avenue, between 3d and duh streets east, tothe church. The property was held in the name of Mrs. Harriet Herbert, the deceased wife of Ananias Herbert, the well- known colored doorkeeper of the Supreme Court of the United States.
