GRANT AND THE COLORED PEO- PLE. ‘The Memorial Meeting at the Nime- teenth-street Church Last Night—Mi Frederick Dougiass Eloquently Eulo- wizes the Dead Soldier. A meeting in memory of Gen. Grant was held Jast evening, under the auspices of the colored people of the District, at the Nineteenth-street Baptist chureh.
