ARRANGEMENTS POR TUE CRLEBRATION TO-MORROW EVENING. ‘The regular meeting of the Jackson democratic association was held last evening at the Cosmopoll- tan hail (Sta and E streets), Mr. J. E. Norris, presi dent, Bunch and G. 4. Bartholomew were elected members. On motion of Mr. R. 8. Davis, Hon. John T. Morgan, Senator from Alabama, was elected an honorary member. Dr. Allen, from the committee on the mass meet- ing and binquet, to be heid to-morrow night, to celebrate the anniversary or the battle of New Orleans, reported that the arrangements for the meeting were complete. ‘The president of the assoctation, Mr. Norris, onli preside, and addresses would ‘be made by Sen:.tors Morgan, of Alabama, and Bayard, of Dela- ware, and kepresentatives E.
