Among them was the colored man, John Langster, charged with the murder of Officer Fowler on the 9th of September last. When he started from Jail this morning bis legs and hands were ironed, the latter fastened behind him, and yet, when he arrived at the courthouse, it was found that he had performed the difficult feat of getting his hands in front.
