ARRANGEMENTS FOR A BIG PROCESSION, ACCOMPA- NIED BY A BRILLIANT DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS— THREE PLATFORMS FOR DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS. The preparations which the democracy of the District have been making for the grand demon- stration on the occasion of the ratification of the nomination of Cleveland and Hendricks, this even- ing, were completed last might. The ratification meeting wiil be preceded by a street parade, which will be conspicuous for its extent and brilliant ap- pearance.
