The case of Frank Langston, indicted tor the murder of James Spencer on the 4th of March last, which had engaged the attention of the Criminal Court, Judge Macarthur, for eight days, was given to the jury at 3:40 o'clock yesterday About 10 o'clock last night the jury brought in @ Yerdict of not guilty.
