In the Equity Court, Judge James, to-day, besides the decision in the case of Vincent agt. Vincent, men- tioned elsewhere, several other divorce cases were acted on. Decrees of divorce were granted in the case of James Zueller against Charlotte A. Zueller, in which the charge was desertion; W. W. Hudson agt. Catherine Hudson, in which’ the cause was desertion, and Margaret E. King agt. James I. King, who was charged with drunkenness. In the latter case the court gave to Mra.
