The president of the Winchester fair was here tie second day and entertained by Capt. Foster. Eugene L Derr, president of the Frederick fatr in Maryland, with corr-sponding secretary of the Same, and with other Maryland agricuituriats, we entertained by the Loudon County fair uls at the fairgrounds. The latter seemed to keep their visitors in good spirits, and were sorry tO part with them. THE FOOT RACB gave as much entertainment as the more preten- ous running.
