A communication was received to-day by the voinmisstoners trom David Rittenhouse, calling the attention of the Commissioners “to the pres- ent bad management of the Metropolitan railroad a8 regards the rights, conventence and comfort of the public. Every other car stops at their stable, near Rock Creek. and passengers are compelled to walt the arrival of the next car before they can proceed on their way. Towards night, when the cars commence to turn in, the passengers are com- lied to get out and ‘stand in the street in all nds of weather until the arrival of the next car, much to their discomfort.” He respectfully asks the Commissioners if their charter does not. re- quire them to run ail their cars the entire route upon the payment of a full fare.
