Julla Dizgens, a white woman, about 35 or 40 years old, while drunk last evening, applied, about 7:30 o'clock, at police headquarters for a nigut’s Jodg- ing, and was placed In ono of the cells. Officer O'Neill anout 11:30 o'clock on going in the cell room saw her apparently standing at the bars, On approaching nearer he discovered that she was hanging by her apron strings to the bars.
