The race between the Apollas and the Juniors of the Potomac Boat Club, last evening, was very hotly contested as faras the Aqueduct bridge. The crews rowed side by side for nearly haifa mile, when the Apollas fouled the juniors They straightened away again, however, and tho two boats passed under the Aqueduct bridge nearly together.
