M. Soteldo, on the 9th of February. THE TESTIMONY OF THE EX-MINISTER’S SONS TO BE TAKEN. The Christiancy divorce case was before the Equity Court, yesterday afternoon, on a motion by Mr. Cole to strike out certain interrogatories Which Messrs. Ingersoll and Cuppy had flied to be answered by the sons of Mr. Christlancy at an ex- amination to be held in Michigan.
