About 9 o'clock this morning a young man named G. B. Jardella, a stonecutter employed on the work of the extension of the City Hall, found a mail bag full of garden seeds among the stone piled in the City Halllot. The packages were all ot and labelled by the Agricultural depart- partment ‘Some of te packages had been broken and the seeds spilied. ‘The theory of the police 4s that the bag was stolen from the mail wagon in going to the railroad depot.
