To-day, in tue Equity Court, Judge Wylie ren- dered his decision on the motion of plaintiffs coun- sel in the case of ex-Senator Christlancy agt. Lil- ile M. Christiency, to send a commisston to Michi- gan to take the testimony of his sons George and Vietor as to the alleged acts of cruelty testified to by defendant.
