The com- mittee on finance was instructed to take steps for the incorpor:tion of the National Union as soon as possible, in order that the organization may be in a legal position to receive bequests. Hume, deceased, and the bill sets out an indebtedness of $6,900, and that A Body Identified. ‘WAS IT A CASE OF MURDER OR SUICIDE? The clothing and effects found with the body of the young man found in the Potomac, near the Long Bridge, on the 10th ult., was yesterday iden- tified as belonging to George Prinzhorn, a son of Henry Prinzhorn, grocer, corner of 5th and N streets. Young Prinzhorn, who was in his 19th year, had, for several months been employed by Mr. Plepenbring, a baker, on 14th street, near C, but left there on the 24 of October without inform: ing his parents. His father says he saw him last on the 7th of October. He went to Baltimore, and there told a friend that he was going to New York, which being reported, led his family to believe that he was in New York, until the shocking truth was made known.
