On our way, writes a French correspondent, we indulged ina brown study as to wiy Paris- jans have a reputation above every other.nation in matters of the tollet. It is not beeause they are extravagant in the cholce of materials, as 2 people. The Almericans and English, probably, spend twice as much in this res] . The Parisenne never does. She isas anxious as her husband, and every one else, should think her “jolie femme” at 60 as at 16. A little of this spirit is very good.
